Details

Assist participants with registration/check in using the RaceDay CheckIn App. You will want to download the app prior to PPU. The run.Windsor Race Series Crew will provide instructions on how to manage PPU with registration and verifying participant check in. Once participant has registered and/or checked in you will hand participant their SWAG bag with race bib, swag, and answer questions participants might have. The run.Windsor Race Crew/Directors will be present to answer any questions and support.

Aid Station #3 - (2-4 Volunteers Needed) High Priority

Details

Aid Station volunteers will be responsible for handing out water, electrolyte drinks, and nutrition provided by the race staff. From 8:15 - 9:45 am.

Aid Stations will play a vital role in runner/walker safety, encouraging participants, and providing an atmosphere of fun for runner/walkers as they pass through.

Aid Station #3 will be located at the half marathon turn around on the Great Western Trail.

Your aid station location will be clearly marked on where to set up. Please provide your own table, canopy/shade, music, accessories (decorations, marketing your business, props, themes, etc) The run.Windsor Crew will provide all necessary aid station supplies the week of the race.

Please pickup your supplies from race staff on Friday from 3-6 pm at HotWorx in Windsor OR on race morning at Severance Community park from 6:30 - 7:15 am

Aid Station #1 will be located at the intersection of Harmony and the Great Western Trail.

Your aid station location will be clearly marked on where to set up. Please provide your own table, canopy/shade, music, accessories (decorations, marketing your business, props, themes, etc) The run.Windsor Crew will provide all necessary aid station supplies the week of the race.

Please pickup your supplies from race staff on Friday from 3-6 pm at HotWorx in Windsor OR on race morning at Severance Community park from 6:30 - 7:15 am
